What is the DYL experience?
My entire life on earth revolves around my two passions: dancing and helping people through Coaching, Hypnosis and NLP.
I decided to combine these two ideas and offer you a new adventure into designing your own rhythm of life. This is how Dance Your Life (DYL) project was born. It is the culmination of my 23 years of experience in dance sport where I became a triple world champion contrasted with my skills as a certified Professional Coach, as a practitioner in Hypnosis and NLP.
DYL is a creative art therapy that uses movement and dance to support a person’s physical, intellectual and emotional health. DYL method is an effective intervention and therapeutic relationship.
My mission is to help you recognize the power you hold within you, to make you take the steps to achieve your goals, to reduce all stress, anxiety and fears, to increase your self-esteem and overcome your communication difficulties.
